Commercial Marine Charters
Introducing the Gemini Endeavour, the prototype Severn Class ex-lifeboat now converted to a full-service, multi-functional Survey and Charter Vessel available for private and commercial charter throughout Scotland and the UK.

Based in Buckie on the Moray Firth of Scotland and built in 1990 by Halmatic, Gemini Endeavour was originally used by the RNLI to asses the design of the current in-service Severn Class lifeboats.

All equipment fitted to an “in service lifeboat” is still on board. In addition are various electronic and practical pieces of equipment which compliment her already extensive list of features, providing full comfort and serviceability for the private and commercial marine charter sector which she now serves.

The Gemini Endeavour is ideally suited for -

  • Marine research and survey work
  • Towing and observation survey work including hydro graphics and sea bed scanning
  • Marine mammal survey work;
    the upper deck area 5.1m above water level and outdoor seated upper deck area providing a fantastic viewing platform
  • Crew change services
